I'm an architect with over 10 years of experience and with background in economics, which allows me to apply a strategic perspective to project development and management. In Amsterdam surroundings, I offer consulting services for renovations and small-scale projects, combining architecture, interior design, and cost-effectiveness. Construction of the idea
We'll experience every stage of the project, from the initial idea to the final implementation, always focused on your satisfaction. We'll study your vision and adapt it to your needs, ensuring the end result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional. Unlike a conventional design studio, we'll deliver an integrated project that includes design and organization of ideas and concepts.

We'll transform repairs into a transparent and manageable process. We believe that the journey from idea to finished space should be comfortable, and each step should be clear to you. That's why we've developed a clear workflow, where I handle all the complexity, and you enjoy the process and the results.
Step 1: Introduction and concept development
This is the basis of the future project.
Our job is to listen to your desires, understand your lifestyle, and offer a solution that suits you.
Kick-off meeting: We meet online or in person to determine whether we feel comfortable working together. We discuss your expectations, needs, and budget in detail. You complete the briefing yourself or with our help.
Analysis and measurements: Our team travels to the site to take accurate measurements.
Planning solutions: Based on the briefing and the technical capabilities of the space, we develop 2 functional layout options with furniture arrangement.
Stylistic Concept: Together with you, we find the same "wow" feeling. We shape the style of the future interior through 2D collages, moodboards, texture selections, and color schemes.
Step 2: Design Development
In this phase, abstract ideas are transformed into concrete, technically verified, and visually complete documents that will shape your project.
3D Visualization: We create photorealistic sketches of each room so you can visualize your future home in detail.
Initial budget studies: We define the main materials, finishes, fixed and movable furniture, and make a initial contact with the suppliers.
Step 3: Deteiled Desing
At this point, we detail the drawing for a perfect understanding to help the technical team have excelent results.
Detailed technical project: in this drawings we have all necessary information about: electrical, plumbing, lighting, fixed furniture and finishes.
Specification book: a book that contains detailed description of every object that will be used in the project.
Stage 4: On-Site Coordination & Handover
The moment that things come to life. We can handle everything, you enjoy the ride.
Budgeting & Planning: we request detailed quotings from suppliers and make a construction and delivery schedule
Coordination: we will be present in periodical site visits to ensure fidelity to the design.
Project Handover: here you are ready to enjoy your new space, planned and organized to fit your needs.
